Baan Fah Sai is a large luxury villa and private swimming pool designed in tropical style offerinng a feeling of lightness and comfort.
You enter the villa through the beautiful entrance into the large main living area. The open plan living room has sliding doors and mosquito nets with cooling ceramic floor tiles. All areas of the villa have soft down lighting, up lighting and ceiling fans.
A teak wood kitchen, handmade by Samui craftsmen, occupies one corner of the living room with a breakfast bar surround to make even food preparation a social event. This has been designed with all European features including dishwasher, double sink, hob, oven and cooker hood.
At the back of the living room is an additional room which can be either used as a TV/playroom or a 3rd bedroom. It has wooden sliding doors from the lounge.
There is also an ensuite bathroom located to the rear of this room with access from inside the room and also from the swimming pool, making it an ideal guest bathroom for use all day. This room also has air conditioning.
A large lockable storage room is located under the main staircase. This would be particularly useful for storing any personal items should the house be used for rental purposes.
Upstairs there is the main bedroom area. There are two large upstairs bedrooms, both with polished wooden floors, beautiful vaulted wooden ceilings, subtle ambient ceiling lighting, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The result is a happy combination of traditional Thai culture and 21st century living.
From the bedrooms sliding doors open onto covered terraced areas with large balconies, integrating both indoor and outdoor living space and allowing the sea breezes to flow through the house.
Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The large master bathroom incorporates a luxury bath and separate rain-head shower and double sinks. Separate dressing rooms to both bedrooms give ample space for wardrobes.
The villa has a large covered wooden decked terrace to the front of the villa to allow outside dining or lounging. There is also an ample sundeck to enjoy the sun or shade, and the large sala gives a further outside eating area or just a place to relax. The landscaped gardens provide privacy and a lush environment to swim in the freeform swimming pool.
A private driveway and side garden area allows ample room for off road parking.
