The three final villas are being built by one of the new owners at Samui Beach Village. They have been designed and constructed by our local builder, and managed by Iain Lydon, an English civil engineer now living at Samui Beach Village. The quality and design of the villas are possibly the best in Samui Beach Village.
Plot 5 villa is 80% complete, and the completion date is likely to be June 2008. This villa is now sold subject to contract.
Plot 6 villa is 30% complete and will be completed in November 2008. This villa is now reserved under offer and subject to contract.

Plot 13 villa, Baan Lotus, has recently been added for sale. This land plot is one of the largest land plots at Samui Beach Village. The villa has been designed to take in account the size of the plot, allowing for a larger villa than the other final two villas now in construction. The construction of Baan Lotus started April 2008 and will be completed in Spring 2009. This is the final villa to be constructed at Samui Beach Village.

The villas being built are ultra modern, luxurious holiday villas with substantial private pools set in lush tropical gardens. They both epitomise the grace of Thai architecture and characteristic luxurious furnishings.
They are almost identical in design and cater for parties up to nine people – typically six adults plus children.There is a large integral lounge and dining room, together with a fully furnished kitchen featuring modern conveniences such as a roomy American style fridge and dishwasher. The heart of each villa is the large lounge and living area with TV entertainment system, dining room and gourmet kitchen.
From the main living area, large patio doors lead to the poolside terrace and a long modern pool that is ideal both for swimming and as a play pool for children. On either side terraces and sundecks tempt you with sun loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxing under the tropical sun.
There is also a Thai style sala where you can rest in the shade, as well as an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The lush gardens are full of beautiful tropical plants and trees, visited regularly by a multitude of songbirds and butterflies.
The front gardens have an ornate entrance sala taking you to a sandy path leading directly to the beautiful beaches that are among the most picturesque on the island of Koh Samui.
The stretch of white sand, dotted with children’s play pools, is just 30 meters away from the villa, and offers magnificent views to the north and south of Samui. Far removed from the busy Samui tourist areas, the beaches are always quiet, only visited by occasional tourists and a few fishermen. During the winter months the beaches and shallow sandy lagoon become an ideal location for kite-boarding.
Master bedroom - 1st Floor. This large bedroom has natural finishes and overlooks the gardens to the front of the villa.
There is a large terrace at the front as well as a sun-terrace to the rear with views over the beach and ocean.
The accommodation also includes a large walk-in dressing room with built-in wardrobes and a large ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
2nd Bedroom - 1st Floor. Situated opposite the master bedroom, this room can accommodate two single beds or one king sized bed. It also has a front terrace and sun-terrace to the rear, and ensuite dressing room and bathroom as with the master bedroom.
3rd bedroom. This accommodation is on the ground floor and ideal as a guest bedroom. It consists of a large bedroom with king-size bed with its own terrace to the pool. It also has a walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
All the bedrooms are large and spacious and can accommodate two persons, with the option of a third person/child in a daybed or baby cot. They all have air-conditioning, central ceiling fans and ambient lighting that can be individually adjusted to suit your needs and create the perfect mood.
The villas will have a large private pool and sun decking, with covered sala/gazebo and BBQ/kitchen area, offering the perfect surroundings for ideal outdoor living in this tropical climate.
An additional feature to these villas is that there is a third floor balcony situated to the rear of the villa. This offers a secluded position overlooking the beaches and hills of Koh Samui, and is the perfect place to enjoy the warm tropical breezes with a stunning view.
